Demo Agent One Rentals

Assign a web site to each of your agents. Each web site can be fully customized in the same way as your master web site.

Assign selected properties to each agent web site. A different set of property descriptions and rates can be set from the master account. This enables the agent to only display the information you supply about each property.

When a description is updated on the master site the agent web site descriptions updated and synchronized in real time.

Maximum flexibility

The master account can assign all or selected properties only to a host web site.

The master account can create multiple descriptions for each property and assign a description for a property to an agent web site. The property description cannot be edited by the agent.

The agent has full control over the look and feel of her web site. For example the agent can add/edit content for the banner, homepage and unlimited custom pages. Minimum rental prices are set by the master account.

Pricing

Each web site cost $30 per month

No additional charge is applied for any properties that have been assigned from the mater account. If new properties (not assigned from the master account) are added these are charged at the standard rate of $2 per property per month. The first 15 are included at no extra charge.

For example if the master account assigns 100 properties to the agent account. The cost of the agent web site account is $30 per month (no startup or activation charge).

If the agent adds 16 new properties that do not belong to the master agent account then the monthly cost for the agent web site is $32 per month.
